Project Summary


Imbera Cooling, a leading company in the distribution of refrigeration equipment founded in 1987, faces the challenge of managing a monthly inventory of approximately 5,000 devices, including refrigerators, freezers, and water dispensers, stored in warehouses with up to three levels of height.

The need to optimize inventory operations, improve accuracy, and streamline receiving and distribution processes led Imbera to adopt the comprehensive Henutsen RFID solution. This solution digitalizes inventory management, providing real-time integration accessible online, scalable, and compatible with other systems, allowing Imbera to manage its inventory more efficiently and accurately.

Our solution


An optimized inventory operation through Henutsen RFID, which digitalizes entry, increases speed and accuracy, and manages a greater amount of inventory across total areas, with real-time integration, accessible online, scalable, and compatible with other systems.


Our process was based on 3 simple steps:


01. We selected the perfect RFID tag type:

  • We tested various RFID tags resistant to different surfaces.
  • We focused on the client’s specific needs: price, material, location, and durability.
  • We assessed product readability by testing different heights.
  • After this process, we selected the ideal tag to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


02. Process of: Encoding, counting, and searching

  • We chose a mobile UHF Reader connected to a cell phone via Bluetooth.
  • This reader allowed them to count all refrigerators at different heights and locations within the warehouse without needing a direct line of sight to the tags.
  • We ensured an efficient workflow at all times.
  • This solution allowed us to perform tasks such as encoding, counting, and searching quickly and accurately, simplifying the processes.

03. Testing and approval of our software platform:

  • We demonstrated ease of use for operators, supervisors, and general functional users.
  • We customized the platform as its use and needs expanded.
  • We validated the simplicity, effectiveness, and user experience.
